This tool gets a tack weld to the sheetmetal of the body of a car. You use a mig welder to tack weld the tool to the body ware there is a dent. Then with a hammer you hit the under side of the cross bar of the tool to  work out the dent. With your hands you can grab the cross bar of the tool and pull to work out the dent. Then cut the tack weld with a cut off wheel and twist the tool off. Then move to the next spot in the dent, to work the dent out. cost $ 30.00 dollars.
