This is a very strong floor pad that I use mostly outside because it protects a cat or dog from the bugs that are in the grass. So they can lay outside easyer with out getting bit from bugs in the grass. You can spray the bed with bug repelant if you want to. I had these pads that I through on my lawn and when I let my animals out they always went to lay on them. These pads will protect there paws from hot concrete or ruff concrete.
